This store has excellent customer service, all the employees are very helpful. The paint dept is excellent, they have the capability to mix most any color sold by other stores, including the 2 notable big box. Bring the paint chip and decide which price range/brand you want to purchase. The lumber stocked here is of good quality and fairly priced. The yard help is courtious and will get you loaded quickly.nShop here and patronize a local family owned business!

The face mask rule clearly doesn't exitis there. Several employees had them hanging from one ear or were not wearing one at all. Even costumers entering the store (a very old man,in fact) didn't have one on. The costumer service employee had no clue how to process an online order return. Instead of getting someone to help she just kept repeating she never done this before. Finally, a gentleman from a back office came out and took charge. He called the Ace Hardware costumer service line and processed the return with no issue. Moral of the story, if you don't know how to do something or not sure how to help a customer, get someone that does vs debating with them about absolutely nothing and getting defensive and having an attitude.
