The first time I went to great clips it was great and they did a pretty good job on my haircut. But the next time I came in which was today Wednesday august 12 about 5:00 the same person was cutting my hair and she did a horrible job it looks nothing like what I got 2 weeks ago it was a rush job and everything was wrong and she didn’t even bother to line me up too. 16 dollars was not worth that hair cut. It probably was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever got. It was either because they were so worried about getting customers out of the way they forgot quality or probably the notes that they took for next time . ( never trust the notes) before they cut my hair they should ask me what I want exactly!
The ladies working there were very kind and toke great care of me.
I brought my son in and the stylist was absolutely fantastic. She was very patient with us and took the time to give a great haircut. Wish I had gotten her name.
Stephanie is the best!
