I had the pleasure to work with Chris McCabe in purchasing multiple houses. Chris is very customer centric and knowledgeable in the market and I rely on him for his expertise. Chris is always available to answer a question. I highly recommend Chris for either a real estate investor or people looking to purchase their dream home.

Chris had a listing in Green Island a few months back and he spent time with my kids showing it early on a Saturday morning. To be honest the kids weren't quite ready yet with not being pre-qualified ect. But that didn't faze him at all.nnFast forward a couple of months and the kids got everything lined up and a house came up for sale. Chris was right on it getting an offer submitted and accepted. Chris stayed the coarse as a few obstacles popped up and was awesome at communicating everything back to the kids.nnThanks to his time , energy ,and efforts they closed last week. I would certainly recommend Chris to anyway needing a realtor.
