Seriously the worst quality management I have ever paid for. They are largely unavailable and dismissive. Emails go unanswered, pertinent information is never provided, management doesn't seem to know which way is up and what day is Wednesday. It seems like every day I find out about some new rule, or preference or restriction that is NOWHERE in the lease. They will act like it's your fault that you have no idea about these restrictions, when really they've dropped the ball all along. I just found out that these people emailed supposedly very important information detailing masks and other rules and regulations to all the tenants. I told the woman that we never received them.. she tells me they sent all of this out in April/May. I moved in during September, which they are fully aware of. Somehow it never occurred to them to furnish new tenants with this apparently very important and possibly enforceable information. That kind of unprofessional conduct just blows my mind. The whole time this woman is acting like I don't read my email with this rude tone of voice. I definitely do not recommend living anywhere managed by Cass Hill. I shouldn't have to hunt down people I am paying to get them to do their job, which they act like their job is some big inconvenience for them. The incompetence and absurdity is beyond unreal.
