In the Fall of 2019, my guy and I found ourselves in a hostile living environment due to new tenants in our apartment building. We decided to start shopping for a home. After a number of weeks, we lost the first house we were interested in AND our original realtor. Then she showed us THE ONE - our new home. Given the urgency of our situation, Shana swiftly drove the process. She even helped us to negotiate a preoccupancy agreement which allowed us to take residence January 1, 2020 - roughly three weeks before closing.nnWe honestly can't say enough good things about Shana. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. We’d recommend her to anyone we know.

I purchased my home in Dec 2014. I relocated from the Cincinnati area. I hooked up with Shana when I had questions about one of her listings. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, even though it was not her listing. We made plans to connect. I sent her all the listings I was interested in seeing. In Oct of 2014, I came up to NY for one weekend . We spent 10 hrs on Sat looking at every house on my list....my house was the 4th one we toured....it was exactly what I was searching for. I had been preapproved for a mortgage prior to looking, but when I hit a snag with that , Shana was able to redirect me to a different mortgage company, and I was preapproved, and able to make my offer....and this all took place on Sunday!!!nShana was interested in helping me find my home, regardless of whether or not it was her listing. I dealt with numerous realtors via the internet, but they only had interest when I had interest in one of their listings....and that's where it ended. She is a true gogetter, and has been invaluable to me. To this day, she is my go to person when I need something done at my home. She has never steered me wrong and has endless resources. Just this past month I reached out to her for help with leaking sunroom windows....had been trying for 2 weeks to find someone to look at them....very hard thing to find apparently....1 text to Shana, and the guys were here and the job is done!!! What more could a person ask for.
