I found this realty group back in Sept/Oct 2019 with help from Robin Ferendzo. I was very humbled by the space.nI really enjoy my time there, my landlord is very responsive and respectful.nnWhen covid hit last year finances got tough. I had to supplement my income with instacart for awhile and help from friends back home. They were very considerate when I needed extension on rent.nnI would recommend this agency to those with a great attitude and respect for others propertynnAs long as there is communication than issues if any can be resolved and worked throughnnOverall I’ve had a wonderful experience and will continue my time there.nnUnfortunately in the last couple months there was a problematic tenant(couple) who I might of suspected use of marijuana and cigarettes in the home. Multiple occasions I and others have smelt a horrible smell coming through the vents and in the hallway.nn*There is no reason to do something and not be honest about it. If you smoke you go outside or on the porch like anyone else. If there are children, yelling from parents and kids are bound to happen. I do not enjoy being somewhere there is a strife in close quarters.*

This company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They pay attention to detail and handle business the way it should be handled!! This is a no fluff business, they are honest and to the point! This is what I like the most! No lies, no sugar coating!! They get the work done and they do it right!!!

My fiancé and I’s apartment through this company had a mold problem and our heat kept turning itself off in the middle of winter. After trying very hard to make it work we decided to break our lease and find housing elsewhere. After we made this decision we were harassed by Alex. He screamed at us over the phone, mocking our financial situation because we “lived off the system” as he put it, even though my fiancé and I both have jobs and we work very hard. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional disrespect in my life, I can’t believe the way Alex thinks it’s okay to talk to others. He referred to himself as our superior and made it extremely clear he has no respect for lower income people and thinks we are smaller than him just because we’re less fortunate. We were one month late on rent due to having to put a deposit down for a new apartment because of our landlords property negligence and we were treated like we were nothing because of that and talked down to ruthlessly. Alex and this company do not respect low income people and I think anyone who gives them their hard earned money is doing themselves a disservice by supporting such a terribly unprofessional company. We worked extremely hard the whole time we lived at our apartment to make sure we made rent on time - even early most months. And this is how we were treated when we were having one hard month.

Call once last week and again yesterday. I left 2 messages in their general voice mail box with no response. I read these reviews prior to contacting them. ALOT of the reviews said that they were not very responsive. However there are always 2 sides to story and often people don't report all the details so I looked past it and called to inquire about more information. Between the reviews of them not being responsive and not hearing back from anyone after leaving 2 messages. I decided to look elsewhere. The other company I called called me back within and hour, I couldn't answer because I was working, so they accomidated and sent me a text to let me know they have received my inquiry and would like to set up a time to speak.

Alex and crew helped us get a new place in a quiet neighborhood. The management is always top notch. Highly recommended
