Waterside Senior Apartments

I was looking for a new apartment and checked out this place because a friend of a friend lives here. WHAT A DUMP!! Going into the lobby, the place stinks and I was told that the carpets have never been replaced in ten years. The landscaping is all overgrown and covered with spider webs. The outside of the building was dirty and also covered in webs--I hate spiders!! I was told that people have lived there for ten years and never had their apartments painted or the carpets cleaned ( unless the tenant pays for it themselves!) . Tenants were very bitter about the general lack of maintenance and the management refusing or dragging feet to fix things. Tenants even have to buy and install their own furnace filters!!! The rents here are about the lowest around but , you get what you pay for. No one would recommend this place to a friend and I certainly wasn't interested. For shame, Waterside!!

I moved in here when they first opened.I must say I love it here.Staff is very easy to deal with and understanding...........
