I gave Carmen my budget for a 2020 cruise for my family of 5 and she was able to find us a presidential suite for much less than my budget, airfare included!! Then covid happened. And our cruise was cancelled, twice☹ufe0fDuring each time Carmen stayed in contact with me during all the changes and confusion. I like the factor that is was available late hours with my work schedule he was able to work with me. I needed information for an upcoming vacation.
