If you’ve made it this far in your search for a travel agent STOP RIGHT HERE!!! I am so lucky to have found Carmen after dealing with another agent who was not responsive to my requests. I gave Carmen my budget for a 2020 cruise for my family of 5 and she was able to find us a presidential suite for much less than my budget, airfare included!! Then covid happened. And our cruise was cancelled, twice☹ufe0fDuring each time Carmen stayed in contact with me during all the changes and confusion. Lucky for us cruising is just one of her expertises because she recently found us an AMAZING deal on a 7 day trip to the Bahamas in May, which is one of the busiest and most expensive times to travel. No lie Carmen is pure magic. She takes care of you like she is planning a trip for her own family. She is dedicated to her work so please take advantage of her greatness, you will not regret it.

I like the factor that is was available late hours with my work schedule he was able to work with me. I needed information for an upcoming vacation. She has alot if knowledgeable with travel to Disney that was very helpful to me. Looking forward to finalize my vacation with her next week. Thank you.
