BRIAN OWEN why dont you return calls? Why did i have to catch you in the street to beg you to look at my complaint? Why did I file a Civil Rights complaint on Feb 19th 2019 and now its June 25th 2019 and its yet to be addressed or answered and noone can speak to me about it? Seems YOU are failing to serve your community. Maybe if you lost your 6 digit salary and had to actually work youd come back to reality and realize you chose to be a servant. Corruption starts at the top.
