Great place NOT so great hours. They open 10am 9pm and always close if it snows !!

When machine broke! I called and they refunded my money and gave me free wash the next day!!

The place has no hours posted. The closed at 8:15 pm with my clothes in the washer yesterday and are still not open at 3pm today.nThey have no hours posted. So i hope they even open again

Been sitting here waiting for an hour for the place to open......the only other laundromat is dirty and has drunks and crackheads in it all the time..... there's no other laundromats in downtown Troy........these people need to get on the frigging ball!
