The scheduler was very professional and accommodated my request for dryer vent cleaning within a day. I had scheduled a cleaning with a local small business guy to come clean it but he refused to do it after seeing that my outlet vent is under the deck and a bit difficult to access.nDonneil and Tim from Stanley Steemers were very professional from the time they arrived and had all the right equipment to clean the vent. They did a phenomenal job and updated me throughout the process. I requested a quote for a whole house duct cleaning and we’ll be going with SS for the job due to their professional and excellent work.nnI had to call them again as my dryer kept showing a duct blockage Signal. They can back the very next day and spent a lot of time to get to the bottom of the issue with my dryer vent exhaust. It wasn’t an easy job as my dryer vent outside is under the deck. The technician crawled under the deck and did what he had to do without any complaints. Very professional guys and excellent business. I would not be looking anywhere else for the services they offer. Highly recommended. It doesn’t get any better with the kind of quality service SS provided.nnThanks.

so never used their service before. very helpful, easy to do to business with. but more importantly, our hardwood floors looked better when they were done than they did when they were installed 10 years ago! Very professional and knowledgeable, we will be using them from now on!

Very happy with their service!nAdded 8/8/2020: I just had these guys clean the carpets at a rental property I manage, they arrived early and did a great job! Managed to get 2 old stains out of the carpet for me. This business has cleaned carpets for me three times and an HVAC system too. They are always on time and do a great job. Super nice, professional crews every time. I wouldn't use anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
