Hatchet Hardware of Troy

Visited this hardware store for the first time and was really impressed. Needed plumbing supplies and staff was super friendly, knowledgeable. Good selection as well. Will be using this store regularly in future as well since it is nearby and had decent amount of parking near store for weekday early afternoon.

This store is great. Not only do they have a great gift section that most hardware stores don't but the team is super knowledgeable. They've helped me with multiple paint projects and believe it or not finding the right screws on multiple occasions!! NEVER LEAVE lol

Got a bike pump the needle broke on the first use called and they said to contact the manufacturer. Terrible customer service over a cheap needle they could have easily replaced at very little cost to them. Very unsatisfied.

I have been shopping at this Ace store for a few months now. I drive all the way from Albany to purchase items and plants. I took my Mom there to purchase items yesterday and she said a staff member was rude to her and said he was losing his patience with her. This is his job not my 70 year old Mom. If he couldnt assist he should've asked his Mananger. Bad customer service. She didnt want to purchase any items after seeing all the nice Christmas items. Home Depot got my Moms hardworking money today.
