First off, I’m regrettably about 10 months late actually leaving this review, as it is WELL deserved! Sam is amazing!!nI was always very lucky to have a set of full brows. My struggle was more so shaping and symmetry.nAfter I had heard of micro blading I did A LOT of research. Sam’s place just spoke to me. She has lots of loyal clients and you can tell she puts a lot of hard work and pride into her business.nShe was very easy to work with! She really takes time with you and wants to understand exactly what you’re looking for. She truly cares! She is thorough and incredibly detailed. She really has a talent for what she does! Both my initial appointment and follow up went very well! I was so so happy with my results! Not to mention - her prices are very competitive and fair, and her place is beautiful and clean! If I can figure out how to attach a photo of my results, I will! Thank you Sam!!!nnFor those wondering:n1. Yes, you will feel a little discomfort/pain during and after the process, but it does go away after the course of a day or so. She does use a numbing cream! (Don’t take any NSAIDs before {stick with Tylenol} and discontinue the use of any retinoids at least a week prior!)n2. Your brows will look darker than they will actually end up for the first week or so, don’t be alarmed!n3. They will begin to flake off after a few days, as tempted as you might be, don’t pick them off before they are ready!n4. Everyone’s results will vary as far as longevity goes - it’s been about a year for me now and I could probably use a touch up. I am very active and have a generally high metabolism.

Sam has a gift in creating perfect brows and making her clientele happy.nShe takes her time in teaching you about the full process and is meticulous when it comes to your end result.nI walked in with over waxed, over plucked, uneven brows and she gave me the brows I used to have but better!nI would highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

I just returned home from San Diego for my daughters wedding, she had hired a professional make-up artist for the wedding party. When doing my make-up she wanted the name of whoever did my eyebrows. She said they were the best work she's ever seen done, natural, symmetrical and flattering. I love them, it is a long process, a few months before I could really see the full effect, but now I don't even think about them, no more brow pencil needed before leaving the house! Thank you Sam!

I wasn't really too sure about microblading before I decided to take the plunge and just do it. I had a recommendation to see Sam in Troy by someone, and after looking at Sam's portfolio, I decided to give it a shot. I wasn't really sure what to expect with the entire process. Sam was absolutely wonderful in making me feel comfortable and not nervous at all. She listened to my concerns and listened to what I wanted to get out of this process. Sam was even available via text to answer any questions that I had during the healing process to make sure that I was healing correctly. The end result was better then what I ever imagined. I don't have much hair left for eyebrows and I was getting sick of drawing them on every day, and thankfully, now I don't have to. I recommend Sam to everyone I know. This whole process was very laid back but extremely professional. I will definitely be coming back to her every year!!!
