My first trip to get a full set I asked for pink & white acrylic.... the tech Ming (I believe the owner) did not do this, and used gel color to five the French white tip. I then went for a fill, cut down, and color change 1.5 weeks later (due to schedule)... well not even 36 hours and my thumb nail gel peeled up. 48 hours another nail did. Now a third. Lame.
Worst pedicure I have ever paid for ! The guy pretended to file and clean my nails, just doing the motion and not really doing the work. He rushed through the scrub and massage, I didn’t even feel anything. Overall experience lasted 25 minutes, terrible!
I went to them the day before Valentine’s Day to get my nails done. I was suppose to get a package deal around 85 dollars they charged me well over a 100 dollars, for very basic non design nails something I would have paid 60 dollars for somewhere else.. then to make matters worse my nails popped off one by one not even 2 weeks later. The prices they ask for is not worth the quality of the work. I would never go here again I feel like they are price gauging because of covid. They suck at doing nails. I’ll stick with going to Albany where I will get my money’s worth.
