Ellery was initially issued a summons for DWI on April 15 by the Franklin Police Department and remained an active member of the force after the charge.

Had to call the police for neighbor’s music noise after several failed attempts to communicate. I was frustrated as the music goes on every night 11pm to 2am. The officer responded in a timely manner, and handled the situation professionally and quickly without hurting anyone’s feeling. Happy ending so far.

crazy I used to support all law enforcement but lately I’m seeing an abuse of power. I’ve thankfully never been in trouble but after seeing what I saw today I hope someone files a complaint against this Dept.

Today at 1:30 pm, I saw a patrolman help a small dog that was hit by a car on Hamilton St. It tried to bite him but he picked it up and put it in his car anyway. Way to go officer- as a pet parent, thank you!
