TERRIBLE . 28 bucks + 5 dollar tip an the sweet old lady couldn't even reach the windshield properly to clean it on inside or outside . the window cleaner was never wiped off my front to Windows . guess she forgot ? Forgot the tire shine too . lack of capable people to do the job properly . will never go back . WILL ONLY GO TO CLASSIC IN FLORENCE !! don't know if they are affiliated together or not . but from how this one is operated?? I seriously doubt it
I called two time to tell what the problem was didn't get a call back.nThey put tire shine on by a bucket full and i drove down the road it was all over the side of my withe car.nIF YOU ARE PARTICULAR ABOUT YOUR CAR AS I AM I WOULD NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.
It's a car wash for a quick car wash. Subpar on the detailing still dirt on my car had to go through a second time.
Patiently waited in line, a bunch of cars piled up behind me waiting as well, so I pulled to the side a bit so the other cars could fit and when the guy finally came out (skinny guy, backwards hat) he said I was out of line and skipped me. I tried explaining to him what happened and he told me “you’re not supposed to cut in line...”. Insane that even happened. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. And there were individuals dipping while cleaning peoples cars which isn’t the worst thing ever but I’m sure not appreciated bu everyone.
Good service, nice friendly. Building & park to clean set up nicely. Easily accessible.
