Carol Kalan is amazing, I am transgender and transitioned in my early 30's needless to say there was a ton of hair. From the start Carol was upfront with me and wanted to make sure I was absolutely positive about what I was doing. She then let me know that I had to be entirely committed to the process if we were going to be able to get the results I wanted. I followed her instructions and the results were jaw dropping I have not shaved in years and my skin is gorgeous and as soft as a baby's bottom. Also, in the process I made a great friend we still talk to this day. So when she told me about this Nick character leaving her a bad review simply because Carol was honest with him and told him she did not feel comfortable working with tattoos and grafted skin. I became infuriated and felt it was due time I let people know what an exceptional job Carol did for me I honestly don't know where I would be without her she is the best. I am sorry Nick, Carol is honest and she tells you things the way they are not the way you want them to be. Here Nick, I'll give you some advice pick up the phone call someone else, and move on. Do not write a review on a service you never received. I love carol I love her work and fortunate are the few that get in to see her.

I had probably tried all of the wrong things before a friend of mine suggested Carol. She went through the do's and don'ts for removing hair and over the course of several visits permanently got rid of the facial hair that I had wanted gone for years. Carol is the best!

Just called to get pricing and information and spoke to Carol herself. She was all willing to help until she found out I had tattoos and that my dr wanted me to have it done. With that being said she did not know what kind of surgery I was having nor did she ask but she did tell me that she has never done anyone with tattoos and ask me if I was having them removed, after I told her I had to have surgery she said “oh I don’t think I wanna mess with that, it’s just too much going on you know what I mean” um no I don’t because the only thing I ask from you was your services of electrolysis not to perform the surgery!
