My wife and I brought our granddaughter here on a Sunday afternoon and it was well kept up with a docent ready to give a tour which I wish we had had the time to enjoy. The tour cost was 2.50 for adults $2 for seniors and $1 for children under 12.nnMy granddaughter was especially enamored of the large Cannon at the corner. Across the street is another Picnic Park and an easy path down to the Ohio River for fishing.

Small home. Nice quick guided tour. Was on my route so I stopped. Wouldn't go way out of the way for it, but good little slice of Ohio History!!! Very well done displays.

Interesting place to check out if youre in the area. Very small place. A main room where you enter, pay for the tour and where trinkets are sold. The museum is one single room and there's a small back hall with more items to check out. The gentleman who did the tour seemed very shy but was also knowledgeable and had the answers to my questions. Overall we enjoyed the place.

Excellent historical site.. You could walk the grounds but home not open. Open on weekends. Restrooms available across street in small park. The Grant Bridge is very interesting.

Employee knew the facts of the house. Yet was mechanical. Very short tour. Expect average maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Yet you got a glimpse of Grant's life style as a baby.
