Had to send steak back but got a fantastic one in it's place. No fus or mus. Top notch customer service. Want to go back again( it was for my birthday) before my next birthday.
A week ago purchase Salmon and it was delicious. I thought I ordered online and the young lady that outside asked me if I was waiting on an order I said yes I order online 15 mins ago. She said ok I'll be right back. I waited 20 more mins she never came out so I walked in and that's when they told me they never received my order and to place one would be another 25 mins.nWell maybe to order online it could be more customer-friendly. Overall, the food was great.
The food is always good, except for their ribs which I do not recommend. Everything else is excellent. Except for one isolated incident, the staff is always friendly and polite.
Had a terrible dining experience last night. We were seated, and apparently we were way too close to the cooking area because conversation between my company and myself were completely drowned out by a yelling match between a member of the wait staff and management. Our appetizers were undercooked - I bit into a bloody chicken wing! Employee that took the appetizers (I'm guessing management making his rounds, but definitely wasn't our actual server) after said experience showed no remorse or initiative to fix problem - I just looked over my bill today and was charged for appetizer. Actual server was nice, but wasn't worth the $60 I spent to enjoy a night out with my significant other. Oh and the service was slow dispite not appearing busy.
I absolutely love the dishes and customer service, awesome location nearby to my apartment. The cashiers are always kind. I highly recommend this place.
