Came in with a broken spigot for an outdoor faucet. Walter at the front knew exactly what needed to get done to repair and replace. I was a little overwhelmed and nervous about doing the repair myself. The confidence that Walter had in explaining to me how to take out and install a new one gave me the confidence to do it. They had the parts I needed and it worked out excellent. Thank you again.

Went in to replace a piece to my faucet. The part is called an airator. I was charged $40 for a $3 piece anywhere else. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and refused a refund. Even when my Husband got on the phone the manager absolutely refused. Don’t shop here unless you like paying more than ten times the price something should be
