Decent service. But it's a freaking ice box 24-7. Impossible to eat Subway or Dunkin Donuts there without a winter coat on even in the summer. Would get 5 stars if they could move the thermostat above 50-55 degrees..... which seems to be the year round temperature.
This location is not 24 hours work 3rd shift in Madisonville came to this one because it was 10 cents keeper than Ridge Rd location.
Diesel always to high,pump is demanding to much info, no I don't want a wash, Kroger points are often not working shell doesn't make deisel prices available. Staff is poorly trained and can't fix proplems...
Awesome service. Staff is a lively bunch which makes it great and inviting.
Shell's employees keep the property very clean , they follow the law and they are always polite. You can grab a bite to eat at the adjoining Subway, or clean your car at their Supreme Car Wash.
