Although it is a chain it is locally and corporately run. It is well run, well maintained, highly effective in cleaning your car. The workers there are professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable. Is it more expensive? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Yes, worth every penny. tnThere is an alternative...you can certainly do it yourself, but by the time you drag all the stuff out, do it yourself, put it all away, is it worth it? I guarantee you probably won't do as good of a job in 45 minutes as they will do in five. If there's any problems with it they will rewash it for free. I cannot say enough good things about this and all of the Mike's Car Wash locations in Cincinnati

Awesome staff. Very friendly and do a great job. Often have sales or you can get coupons at the Oakley Kroger. They recently did a great job pressure washing my grill before entering the car wash (it was caked with mud and bugs from camping and climbing trips).

I’ve visited Mike’s Car Wash one time and will NEVER go again. I received two free Ultimate Car Wash coupons when I purchased my new car, so I decided to get a wash on July 11 at their Marburg/Oakley location. I drove into the car wash with no damages and woke up to a foot and a half long crack in my windshield the next morning. I live one mile from the Mike’s location and acquired no damages on my way home. I spoke with my insurance agent and with my dealership, who all said that Mike’s Car Wash is at fault for the incident. However, after filing my claim, I had to call Mike’s claim manager Janeese just to receive an update – where I was met with an attitude of disregard for the situation and excuses. I was told they would not be taken accountability for the incident and their machines are wrapped in cloth, as if there is no way for the cloths to move and cause damage. Following the wash, I still had to wipe off soft bird feces from the side of my car, I guess all of the contact from the car wash was directed towards my windshield. After reading through many other reviews and speaking with colleagues, Mike’s Car Wash rarely seems to take accountability for any mishaps that take place due to their machines. So much so, that a few days after I made my claim, my boss said he would give me $50 if Mike’s even contacted me or did anything regarding my claim. That just shows how people have been screwed over by Mike’s Car Wash and have no faith in the care they have for their customers or their vehicles. A claim has been filed through the BBB.
