Champions at Gregory Elementary

If I could give them zero stars I would, but they can take that one star! My daughter went here after school for 12 days. I was charged $206. Someone from the program TEXTED me telling me to make a payment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After I paid the $206 I took her out of their program. After withdrawing her I was charged an additional $156 for unknown reasons. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE. NOT THE CORPORATE NUMBER, NOT KAREN THE REGIONAL MANAGER NOT JAMES THE DISTRICT MANAGER OR CORRAINE THE PROGRAM MANAGER. so if there are ever any issues with you child, you can forget it. they take your money and will not address any of your concerns. The poor receptionist at the corporate office is clueless has no answers or explanations. She’s just a greeter and will take a message for those who refuse to do their jobs. I’ve heard stories from people who used to work there saying how bad they were with taking money from parents but I didn’t think I would become one. If you have any other childcare options please take your children elsewhere!
