It's really one of the worst hair cut experience I had. Eric was extremely rude, very unprofessional, he refused to listen even after I asked several times to explain what I want. AFTER he cut my hair short he told me NOTHING can be done. This was supposed to be my birthday haircut and I left in tears. Horrible....Eric was simply an abusive person and a bad hairdresser.
Eric is so talented! I was blown away by his precision and artistry. Will be returning. :)
I have been going to Frank Burdick for more than 30 years. He consistently has given me the perfect short haircut. Going to HPC is liking visiting family who happen to be wizards with shears. Frank, Gary and Eric are so charming and caring and the conversation is just fun. And guys, they do men as well as women. I just love this place.
My first visit and my new go to place. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Eric and Frank I knew that the place has something special. Thank you gentlemen.
