I'd never voyaged into the world of permanent makeup before, so deciding to have a microblading service on my brows wasn't something I took lightly. After perusing Heather's social media accounts, I was sold - and I'm here to tell you, she did not disappoint! She's professional and friendly, and just does a tremendous job. My brows look so natural, and are perfectly shaped; when she'd finished, she was very receptive to touching up a few spots upon my request, completely encouraging me to be honest so that I'd be happy with them. I absolutely love them - and who knew that new brows can take YEARS off your face? Go see her. You'll be glad you did!nnOne last note: we are mid-pandemic. The salon is taking every precaution, and both Heather and I wore our masks the entire visit (as did the few other people in the other room of the salon). You can be assured that they are taking your safety (and theirs) quite seriously, a definite confidence boost to booking during this time. I'm a nurse, so my standards are high - and the place was CLEAN.
I’ve been a client of Jen’s for years, and I absolutely love coming to her at Toolbox! Jen is incredible; she does such high quality coloring and my hair has never looked better! The salon is calm and relaxed, I always look forward to my appointments!
Jenn has done my hair and my 15 year old daughters hair for years. She does amazing work and is honest about what will look good and won't. I can't imagine having anyone else do my hair! Highly recommend her!
I had brow microblading with Heather and it was a great experience! She was careful not to overdo it because I am not a dramatic makeup person. It was actually relaxing and I look forward to maybe doing lash line enhancement in the future!
