This place should receive nothing but 5 stars. Every associate is extremely helpful in and if they don’t have an answer they will get one for you. They always go out of their way to help and that speaks volumes when you’re talking about a small store that has the likes of Home Depot and Lowe’s five minutes further up the road. I’ve found products at Sips when other stores are completely out. It’s as if the store is a secret. I love that they are about three minutes away from me I can always count on them to provide not only great products but outstanding customer service and quite honestly the customer service is what keeps me going back.

Very helpful staff. I could buy individual screws and wing nuts. So I saved money by only buying what I needed. Much better than the big box stores.

Amazing customer care...they delivered a shovel to me in a snowstorm! So grateful for their service.
