Our daughter has attended Maddux K-3 and will be starting 4th grade this fall. We could not ask for a more caring, equipped, hard-working, engaged, staff. The Leaders, Teachers, Special Education Instructors, even Mrs. Chapman have been so involved in the well being of the all around educational needs of my child. The care factor of these educators is second to none. Thank you all for all that you do!
This is possibly the worst school you can send your kid too my son has went there since kindergarten and he has been telling me about how kid would bully him and push him but the teachers have done nothing about it and he was in chorus for 6th grade and when they got jersey mikes for the after party from one of the plays they did one of the teachers pulled him out he said her name was mrs. Haskins and he said that she told him since you got in trouble earlier you have to stay out here making him sit in the hall and then he went back in the cafeteria and she came and pulled him right back out but one of the helpers said that it was an after school thing so she can't pull him out but she said he got in trouble and then he said but it's after school so you can't punish me. And that is my sons long story of why we hate that school.
Teachers are mean. They don't deal with bad kids(Exept 4 Mrs Knake and Mrs.Casteel). My friend lost his whole recess because he broke a pencil, Like c'mon it's a pencil.
The teacher are mean(mrs haskins) and do not do there best to help with mean people. Cant wait for nagel.
A couple months ago I just finished my 6th grade year at maddux and I am at Nagel now,I loved going to maddux because it seemed like all of the staff and teachers were very involved and helped a lot.A lot of my friends who came into maddux in there later years like in 4th grade love maddux now,and they came from schools like GA and IHM.So if I could rate this school from 1-10 I would rate it a 35.
