awful service. ordered delivery last night. it originally said the food will be delivered in 25-30 minutes. it didn't. considering the road conditions and whatnot, decided to wait until the hour mark to give them a call. response i got was driver isn't there and my food is waiting and that store will be closing in less than 30 minutes. i ordered through the app which means they should have my number or it could be looked up easily at the very least. noone (driver affiliated with doordash, store employees) bothered to notify. what i had been told was that if the driver gets there before the store closes, my food will be on the way. if not, no. so i asked to cancel my order so that i can move onto plan b. employee had told me that he will leave a note for the manager to cancel it and call me in the morning for confirmation. no calls. so i called back in the afternoon to speak with the manager, Victor. he looked up the ticket then. i told him i was not pleased with the way they handled things especially that i had to keep calling back to find out my order is sitting, then not coming, then the refund status. Victor's response was he looked at the ticket in the morning but didn't know my number so he didn't give a call. first, he looked it up when i called and secondly he could have looked up the phone number easily since it was ordered thru the app if he even made the slightest effort. i do not know how the service is inside the store but it is definitely awful when ordering deliveries and something goes wrong. it would be really aggravating if i don't get the refund in the next few days so that i have to call this place again. know your expectations when ordering from this location. i hope all of whom had read this does not have any issues to begin with tho.

I had my husband go there Sunday and Wednesday for dinner the suns are amazing good
