I Received Outstanding Customer Service From Jenny & Rachel. Jenny Works over at The To Go Order Station and Rachel's The Bar Tender. The wait to get a table was an hour, I couldn't wait that long, Jenny was available to help Me get an order to go and was extremely helpful, She also helped Me pick out The Best Appetizers and no doubt, They were outstanding. Rachel prepared 2 Of The Best Margaritas I ever had while I was waiting. They Both clearly have been Working very hard during The Pandemic and deserve sincere recognition. I will be going back alot in The Future, Thank You Jenny & Thank You Rachel!!

This service was very bad we asked for something and it took 1:00 to get it and water tasted like it came from a dirty sink and my family throw up after would not recommend.

Very disappointed with takeout order! I have never been still hungry after a takeout meal. The portions were so small i probably would have been better off ordering appetizers!

Went for a quick bite to eat. 30 minute wait. They will text you when your table is ready. Had chips and salsa, margaritas special and fajitas. Took leftovers home.

This is going to be a long review. First I want to thank chili’s for the way they handled the pandemic. The to go was phenomenal they had workers that were following safety protocols as well as super fast service even when the line was 20 cars long. The fact that they didn’t follow the trend of outdoor dining and just kept going with to go was amazing. If I was to give an award for best customer service and best restaurant it would be Chili’s. The to go staff was thee greatest thing I’ve ever seen. I wanted to thank you and wish I could give you more then just the 5 stars. To Chili’s management and your team phenomenal job during this pandemic.❤ufe0f
