Tops Taxi

Have had better luck with them and surf than with the other companies in the area.

I called for a pick up tonight. I gave the dispatcher my location and destination. She raffled it off on the radio and there were no taker. She hung up I me. So I walked the mile to catch my train.nBad way to business. I have never seen a thing like it.nNO Doctor Appointments For You!

They’re by far the worst cab company I’ve ever been in!!!! All of them are super rude, over charge you. I would not, I repeat would not ride in there taxis again!!!!! Also how are you mad for doing YOUR job??? Never again

First off every time I call the disbatcher is always so rude.. second of all when they tell you the cab will be at your destination in 6 minutes they won’t be there for 10 minutes. that’s what happened to me. When I called to ask how much longer it would be the disbatcher yelled at me and asked the driver how long he said 2 minutes he still wasn’t there in 2 minutes so I called another taxi company and cancelled tops taxi the other cab was at my house in 1minute. It was unbelievable and I’m never calling that taxi company again!
