Put in a request for replacement window 6 months ago. I never heard back from them at all. This is the 2nd time for replacement. Foggy windows. I called them also and no one ever picks up the phone. Awful company.

Was having trouble to find and purchase some simple repair parts for my Silverline windows that are 10 years old from the local dealer. I called this company and to my surprise, They mailed me the simple part and even more items not requested for free to keep my windows in good condition.nnMy background as a service engineer dealing with with many types of machinery and people allows an insight; that every thing in industry and the home always needs inspection and preventive maintenance. In comparison, just like a home heating and cooling system. Widows are on this list also. One short phone call, yes just One, phone call. An array of simple replacement parts arrived within a week. More parts that I could use in a lifetime..nnTo make a long story short, I never asked for any parts. Thank You!

We have Silver Line/Andersen Windows throughout our Toll Brothers townhouse development in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I submitted a warranty claim on a defective window via their website on 9/29/20 and have followed up with phone calls. It is now 2/27/21 and I am still waiting for my replacement window five (5) months later. In my particular case, their customer service has been absolutely horrendous. May need to file a complaint with the NJ Department of State under their HIC number to get any action!

Had our house built 13 years ago. We ended up doing silverline windows for every window. 13 years later, almost all the windows are foggy. Its almost like the seals are broken. When you pick up the windows to open them, the part that hold them open has broke on several windows over the year. I am pretty sure, these windows will never go back in my home again and just because they might be made different now, doesnt mean they are any better! we are in the process of dealing with a contractor to replace them all. In other words, these windows have become like new appliances. Never buy all the windows at the same time, cheap parts and cheap made.. wont make the same mistake twice.
