Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I visited Red Robin in the Hamilton Mart marketplace because I am a burger fanatic so I was very excited because of all the different choices they have and unfortunately I was let down. I did have the black and blue burger and although the toppings were amazing the burger itself was dreadful, it tasted like a frozen patty, it looked like a frozen patty, it was absolutely lifeless and flavorless there was nothing fresh about it. My husband ordered a burger as well and he was also underwhelmed. I will say that the staff was very nice and attentive and the outdoor seating was a plus but unfortunately for me I wouldn’t recommend it and I would absolutely pass. If you are a burger lover like me and looking to be impressed this is not it.

Mad love for the Mad Love burger and steak fries! Big kid got the clucks, fries and a root beer float. Needed a feel good meal for a feeling off kinda day. But seriously, that burger satisfied both lunch and dinner cravings, full for hours. The wait staff was super friendly, I ordered online and picked up inside. Easy, delicious and hit all the spots.

This was actually my first time to a Red Robin.. I might return. The only real issues i had, the burger was only partially cooked and some of the listed menu prices, are not what they charge you. The cheese sticks were listed like 8 bucks. Charged us 10. Just keep an eye on your tab. Everything else was really good. It wasnt really busy and there was plenty of space for everyone.

The bacon cheese burger had 2 thin slices of bacon and 2 yellow tomato slices on it. The shredded lettuce was okay (not limp or old) and the burger itself was cooked-to-order. The cinnamon donuts to-go were moist and had almost no cinnamon on them. Better luck next time, I suppose...

We went there for dinner because I just needed to get out of the house. I am handicapped and walk very slowly with a cane. The greeter saw me struggling and immediately said this lady needs a table close to the door. He seated us in a booth that was very close to the door. Our server, Tasha was very pleasant and attentive. Our food was served quickly and it was very tasty. Very pleasant experience overall.
