Best plumbing service I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable and explained the issue in a way that was understandable. Very very good pricing and willing to work with me to get me the best price. Definitely my new go-to plumber!

Al was very knowledgable and had great communication with us before, and throughout the entire process. We appreciated that he was able to explain what was going wrong, and the extent of work he would do. He was on-time, and worked within a timely fashion. His pricing was also upfront and seemed fair. Thankful to have had him install our utility sink and correct some plumbing in our old basement!

Dissatisfied! This company installed a tub, shower wall and toilet for me. They were very reasonably priced and did a decent job. A few days after the install I noticed the hot water was barely running. I called the company and they sent Al out close to a week later. Al did something to restrict my hot water so now I only have warm and cold water and it takes forever to fill up my tub. Prior to the install, the hot water and water pressure worked very well. I have reached out to this company a few times since and they will not return my calls. I was told the work was under warranty for a year but yet, no one returns calls. Had I known this was the way this company operates, I would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service!

Al was great! He friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and explained what was going on with our toilets and sinks and even gave extra advice on maintenance. I would definitely recommend and give 5 stars and use them again.

Smithy's Plumbing is very affordable. The office staff returned calls quickly. The plumber was very knowledgeable. He figured out the problem quickly and explained it well. He did great work and ensured everything was cleaned up when he was done working.
