Hamilton Car Wash featuring Neoglide

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years at the Hamilton Car Wash featuring Neoglide. However, today after getting home from the wash I realized that over $10 in change was taken from my vehicle. I called after already deciding to not go back anymore and was put through to a manager. My point in calling was just to inform them that someone in the process of the cleaning took the change. The manager told me that was impossible. Since many of his employees have worked for him for years he thought they would not be capable of doing this.... When I told them that it was possible because the change is gone, he said come back to the wash so we can discuss this. Wasn't looking for anything free, just wanted to let them know it was going on and now I am letting any potential future customers know to choose a different place to get your carwash or remove anything of value before you go here.

They did a very brief cleaning and after I game them a $10 tip and got into the car they quickly opened the door to say they could do better and would vacuum the car some more. Foolishly I was so grateful I gave them another tip only to find out when I got home they had not even vacuumed the trunk of my compact vehicle and the back seat floor mats were not vacuumed at all. Not worth it at all.

We have been using Hamilton Car Wash (NeoGilde) for years. It is conveniently located, usually there is no significant wait to talk about, the staff is courteous, the prices are low, and the business hours are decent. There are two major points that should be called out about this place. First, they're great at what they do. Their investments in their process are very apparent. The price is fair and after 5+ years of repeat business, I haven't a single complaint. Its also worth noting that they offer a discount to active military and first responders which is not as common as you'd think.nnWhich brings me to the second point and thats community. There are several other car washes in Hamilton/Robbinsville, but these folks are the only ones who show pride in being a part of and taking care of their community. Walk in the doors and you'll see for yourself with rich and community connected history plastered on the walls. I like to see that from a local business.

I paid $21 for a full service wash. The car was still dirty when it came out of the bay. The men drying the car could have cleaned it up but didn't. The interior was filthy. The mats were clean because they put them threw a machine. Other than that crumbs everywhere. Granted the car was dirty but that why I brought it to be cleaned. The windshield had suction cup marks for the phone holder. That was not touched either. What a waist of money. Three other car washes in the area I will never go back.
