Port Authority Police Department

The officers dealt with my issue promptly, seriously, and professionally. Because of their intervention, a potential disaster involving my autistic son was thwarted. There could not have been a better outcome, and I am immensely grateful for their help.

Where are the police or any type of security? Here is a someone begging inside the secure area in terminal B. Absolutely no security around here. Amazing. Third world airport.
