Sunshine Car Wash

I had an appointment for 8am to get car detailed, waited 25 mins and no one ever showed or opened the business, which regular operating hours start at 8. I also called to try to reach someone but no answer. Waste of an hour I had to take off work, thank you for that.nnThe thing that makes me most mad is when I set up the appointment I was told to be there at 8, they chose the time only two days before the appointment. If they weren't going to be there they could have pushed it back to any hour in the day. They also have my phone number which I shared to make the appointment, thet could have called to let me know what was going on and to come later.

I have been a loyal customer to this car wash since they're in a good location and affordable. Everything went downhill today. It was my mistake to have left my wallet at home, and I didn't realize it until after my car had already been washed. I didn't have cash and my phone doesn't have apple or google pay (which car wash doesn't have anyway). I apologized politely and profusely. I offerred to pay them electronically - cashapp, zelle, venmo, manual entry of card info, anything! They refused - cash only (no where is this displayed on the property). I asked to speak with a manager several times - they refused. They then accused me of trying to scam them and I was treated with disgust and disrespect. I walked to Moneygram and Western Union, and just my luck, both systems were down. Meanwhile, I had been waiting for 3.5 hours! By this time, I had called a friend who came to drop off the money. Just as my friend arrives, they tell me it's ok to manually put in my card info. Upset doesn't begin to describe how I felt. I will NEVER patronize this place again! There customer service is horrible!

Good quick drive thru.. like the environment and setup.. fun for kids but little too quick them.. overall good experience.

Fast and affordable. I've only been there during the pandemic and have only used the exterior car wash services. They do offer other services and those are conveniently priced.

You can actually stay in the car...my kids love it
