Horrible!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin with this place. If it wasn’t for my other half doing his own research we would be 5 days without heat!nMy only advise is call someone else! Wish I listened to my friend who told me not to use them!nnI will be contacting the better business bureau as well. They are a scam!

I was charged $350.00 for a new sink pop up which took 20 minutes to install. I called 3 time to discuss but no one ever returns my calls Stay away from these guys.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. I scheduled a diagnostic with them and was told over the phone it would be around $86 + tax. The tech arrived, did the diagnostic, quoted me over $2,000 for a capacitor, gas value replacement and board swap then proceeded to ask me for $179, I told him no and that I would call customer service and he actually backtracked and said 89$ would be fine. I proceeded to call customer service and they told me a manager would call me but I guess I'm not that important.nLuckily I have a basic understanding of HVAC and google fu to check for parts cost. Capacitor $10 - 20, Board $70, gas value $100~. They tried to charge over $2,000 for a job that probably takes around 2-3 hours.nI'm going to see if the diagnostic was even done correctly.

Very bad experience with these people.nThey came for the repair and broke our heater I guess.They said it cannot be repaired , it is dead and needs to be replaced.They have the quotation $14900 then negotiated $9800.nSomehow we didn’t trust them and didn’t go for replacement.nThen we called other people and got the repair done.nWe are the new home buyer and don’t know about the heater and shocked to see the quotation for $10000.nBe aware of these people,you can easily get cheated.

I don't know where to start. Had them come to look at a non-functioning hot water heater (fully resigned to the fact it was shot) and was told it was shot. Okay. But they quoted me at over 2000$ despite the cost of my exact heater being 375$ from home depot. Two other plumbers quoted me between 1200$ & 1300$ respectively. Aside from price gouging they disconnected the water heater so that when attempting to fill our tub with water and add boiled water for warmth (waiting on a loan to cover new heater and installation etc) the tank sprayed everywhere. They disconnected the pipea to the non functioning heater leaving me, my wife, and two children under the age of five without a functioning tub. NEVER AGAIN.
