Dropped off my work suits on a Friday. They said they would be ready on Tuesday at 5pm. Tuesday they were closed with no sign on the door as to why. I went back daily at all different times depending on my work schedule . Morning and afternoon.I called every day and called the landlord to see if they knew anything... It was weeks and weeks finally today on my day off someone answered the phone. He gave me some BS story that they close at 3. I immediately went over. He had just finished putting up a new sign with the closing time as 3pm. When I confronted him on changing the time on the sign he said we are sorry. We close at 3. I then showed him my receipt that said 5pm. He proceed to say you know Covid.... we are sorry. I said don't use Covid as a LAST excuse when nothing else works. Things happen in life I could be understanding and reasonable but this was a bunch of excuses and lies.. STAY AWAY from Jeanette Cleaners unless you don't care if or when you get your clothes back . 0 stars but I had to give 1 to post my ratings

Mr. Song is thorough and courteous. I have never had a problem with a garment that he serviced.nI have been using Jeanette’s for years.....

Terrible customer service. Ruined my husbands expensive winter coat! They did not even clean the stains out even after a redo. Will never go back!

I have never felt such incredible anger over clothes before! These people RUINED 4 ITEMS the one and only time I went there in 9/13/17... They PUT MY DRY CLEAN ONNLLYY CLOTHES IN THE WASHING MACHINE and completely ruined a Calvin Klein Skirt and Pull Over Hoodie from Nordstroms, Banana Republic Dress, and shrank a brand new pair of pants. I purchase expensive, classic items and take very good care of my clothes. My BR dress was hung up wet and has stretched way past any recovery... They caused the damage without a doubt thru sheer negligence and unprofessionalism. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE!!

We've used them for years - decades, probably, by now - consistently good service, no complaints whatsoever.
