Betty Brite Dry Cleaning

We brought our white couch slip covers there because my wife spilled coffee in one small area of one piece, but we figured why not get them all cleaned. The woman took one look and assured us they would be able to get the stain out. They charged us almost $400 and asked us to pay upon dropping them off. A week later we picked them up and were shocked to see that EVERY piece had NEW stains all over the place. Some pieces were a completely different shade of white. When we called to complain, the woman said they “tried their best” and refused to give us any money back or attempt to rectify the issue. So we wasted $400 on trusting our local cleaner instead of spending $1000 to replace the covers. This is very disappointing and we will never return. We also will warn our friends and neighbors of the absolute rip off this dry cleaners is.
