May 1st several businesses were slated to reopen in Ohio. I am a nurse who has been working alot of hrs due to COVID so I havent been tracking closely which businesses were reopened. With that said I have been depending on businesses to have signs posted or updated websites to guide me on what is open with things changing so frequently. I went to Glows website to book a waxing on my day off and the website let me book and even sent an appt. confirmation the day before my appt. I went there and waited 15 minutes for my appt, no sign was on the door. I texted the owner when noone showed with no response. She ended up texting back later in the day and basically blamed me for not knowing salons were not open and told me it was my fault and I was the only one who didnt know this and booked using the site. Horrible, horrible customer service. No door signs and website fully functional with no statement advising they were closed, but it is was my fault, okay. Safe to say I would never give this place business and based on the owners rude response I would not recommend them to others.

I was walking by and decided to pop in and ask about the tanning. I got lucky and Jamie just happened to have a break in what later looked like a very booked schedule. She was so friendly and welcoming. I had never done this before and wanted to have a little color for a wedding. Not only was it easy and fast (in and out in about 15 minutes), it looks great and very natural. I highly recommend.

Jamie does a great job. I’m in and out within 15 minutes and always have a beautiful, even tan. Her prices are just right too. If you buy three, you save.

I’ve been to many spray tan booths before stumbling upon this local treasure and have been addicted to GLOW ever since. The quality you get by having someone spray you by hand is unsurpassed and Jaimie does such an incredible job making you feel comfortable while providing a flawless tan! I have nothing but great things to say about GLOW. Appointments are fast, booking online is so easy, and Jaimie is so sweet - while also being thorough. It’s a bargain for what you get! I’ve also utilized her waxing services, another great experience! As someone with sensitive, fair skin, GLOW has been a game changer!
