I called Metric plumbing in the middle of the summer when my outside AC unit went. Gary was able to get his team over to the house with a brand new unit the very next day.. the job was finished by the afternoon and the temperature in my house was back to normal.. they were very professional, inspected their work, and made us feel like we got great service.. we will definitely use them again for any plumbing or ac issues

This was possibly the worst experience i have ever had with a contacting company. JR and Sr were both very rude and condescending. They will absolutely over charge you and try to sell you an inferior device to maximize their profits. Do yourself a favor and shop around! If there was a way for me to leave no stars i would.

Gary, Sal and the entire staff at Metric are considerate, knowledgeable and dependable. We can rely on them to respond to our plumbing and heating needs, regardless of the day or hour. Example: The boiler in our rental property failed in the middle of the pandemic, and Gary, Sal and their crew were able to replace it within a few days, even though it was a very complicated job, involving the chimney liner being replaced and all that goes with a steam heating system in a 100+ year old house. This is why we think they are the best, because over the course of 28 years they have stepped up for many a crisis like this most recent one, as well as ordinary plumbing needs.
