Wash N Fold

Unclean, poor customer service, machines poorly cleaned, filled with black mold.

Best laundromat in town. Lowest prices and friendly staff.

If I could put NO STARS I would! DO NOT GO HERE! EVERY machine has MOLD where you would pour your fabric softener. We assumed as everyone else does that the machines would be clean before we inserted our money. It wasn’t until after we lifted the flap to see that the machine was full of mold. The machine had started and we couldn’t open it. I went to the attendant and told her what happened, and she said she could not stop it so the cycle had to run. She said I would have to wash my clothes again in another machine. So I asked her for a refund because I should not have to pay AGAIN to wash my clothes a second time because of their moldy dirty machine. She told us we would have to fill out a refund card because she didn’t handle refunds, when on a big sign in the laundromat it clearly says they DO handle refunds. What a joke! My daughter then told the attendant that we should NOT have to pay a second time because their machines have mold in them. The attendant rudely told my daughter (and I quote) “Well, you should be more aware.” What kind of customer service is that? No laundromat service should have mold in the machines to begin with. We demanded a refund after that. We finally got it but had to fight for it! Don’t come to this laundromat unless you enjoy having MOLDY clothes. The worker was unprofessional, rude, and their machines are disgusting.

I don't know when the new owners took over, however I did see changes happening a few months ago and one of the things was that they would actually mop the floors while customers are still inside doing their laundry!nnI can't tell you how stupid that is, to be making a floor dangerously wet, while you have at least a dozen customers doing their laundry! When you clean the place,which you should be doing, you do it after customers have left!nNow we noticed that the same thing is happening, except now they're spraying bleach on top of the machines to clean them while customers are in there, to the point where you can't stay in there and your eyes burn from the amount of bleach he's spraying.nIt's unbelievably dumb to treat your customers as if they're an inconvenience and make them basically leave because they can't take the smell or become so dangerous because you're mopping the floors.nIf you want to shut the place down, the just shut it down already and stop trying to run it into the ground!

Place is always filthy dirty since new owners took over many machines always not working they put cameras in but never fix anything tonight water all over floors which us a slip fall hazard about to happen this place went completely down hill other cleaner laundromats in clifton. Plus cleaning crew that comes in during wash hours very very rude
