Totowa Plaza Cleaners

I give this cleaner a ZERO STAR!!!!!! Very unprofessional dropped off a piece of clothing to get repaired I was told it would be ready in a four days. I came to pick up my item a week and a half later and my item was not done they have not even started on it. Owner told me they were waiting for me to come in to explain to me what’s going on but they had all my information and my cell phone number but they did not call. I had to drive all the way there to find out that they did not do any work on it. I was told one thing and when I got there they were trying to give me something else and do a different repair from what they told me and charged me. This is not how you treat your customers or run a business. What a waste of my time two trips to this business never come here again 12-30-2019.

I really like the cleaning and professional tailoring services at this place. I have been going here for the past few years for all my tailoring and alteration needs and Sunny its amazing. I would highly recommend this place for the best tailoring experience and wonderful customer service.
