This place BY FAR has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Ray was horribly rude from the first phone call. No manufacturer should allow this company to be a distributor. They have COMPLETELY forgotten that customers pay their bills and income. They were willing to take my money when it took 5 seconds for them to place an order but when I needed help with a warranty claim, they couldn’t be bothered. Do NOT use this distributor.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place should be closed permanently. How dare they treat and speak to customers WITH SUCH DISRESPECT! I will NEVER be returning to this absolutely abhorrent supply house. They should be ashamed. And I know and like the rheem product. But this is absolutely unacceptable.
