Great service.

I been going to this place, I think ever since they have opened. Oil change and car wash. Most of the time satisfied. This time, I went for car wash only and was not very happy. I had to call someone to clean of the doors, dash board not cleaned. Vacuum, between seats not done. Really disappointed. Never had service like this for as long as I am their costumer.

I have been taking three cars here for years. I even have a membership for one of them. Work was great at the beginning. Now work has become sloppy, they rush through the drying process even on slow days. I took my Toyota Highlander there today paying for platinum plus. They did not even dress the tires or clean the inside properly. Seriously considering going to another car wash. And when you ask the guys drying your car to do something they are supposed to have done before honking the horn they give you an attitude. Just horrible service.

My car is a hatchback and they never clean under the back spoiler. I had to ask them to. Still a sloppy job. Also, I specifically asked for my trunk to be vacuumed, since they either don't do a good job or they don't touch it. There was still dirt in there. There was dirty water dripping from the back bumper. Car wasn't dried. Last time there were streaks on the windows I couldn't see anything when driving at night. I need to wait for the night fall to see how they did this time. Compartments between the seats weren't touched. I had to ask for that to be cleaned as well. Today it wasn't busy at all. I thought because I pay for the lowest rate that's why they don't do a great job. This time I payed for Platinum. No difference. I don't like giving negative reviews, but they are consistently horrible. After every car wash here I say I won't be coming back, but this time I had enough. I won't be back!

Used to be a good spot a few years back. Bought a platinum plus package (most expensive one) and they scratched my tints inside my car and scratched the paint on the outside. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. Waste of money.
