Usually this place is great for an oil change and a free car wash with it. Years ago and now today, I told them I just wanted a regular oil change and THEY decided to give me synthetic oil so they can charge me almost double the price when my car doesn’t require synthetic oil. Years ago I complained there and they made me pay for the synthetic because that’s what they used. Just because you’re a female doesn’t mean you don’t know the difference between 5w/20 and synthetic oil. Never going here again because I’m sick of getting ripped off. The guys that do the car wash and dry are always fantastic though so if you’re going for the car wash it’s well worth it.

I have taken my car for a car wash for many years. In the past year they have been doing a poorly job.nThey always forget to vacuum and wash the trunk’s rubber pad. I always get package 3 and they do a lousy job interior and exterior. I have already complaint with the owner. Yes, they fix the mistake but It is not necessary for me to tell them their job every time I go. Today is my last visit to this car wash. ud83dude14

Paid $24 for car wash. The car still dirty and they missed one tire to clean. Looks like they used just water no soap. It should be one star, however customer service was great.

I just brought my car a while ago, I was so disappointed with your worker's!! I only requested for exterior and tires black, but the result is not good!! I supposedly give tips to the workers but they don't deserved it. To the management please watch your worker's.I don't know where did you get that title perfect shine!!
