Supercuts

I went for a haircut and selected Melissa. She was awesome. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I have been trying different SuperCuts cuz my regular stylist never came back after they opened again. Will definitely come back. Especially for Melissa.

Out of convenience I've dealt with the stressful atmosphere and uneven cuts. I just chalked it up to the cheap cost. This was once a very nice place before staff changes. Just today I called to book an appointment and asked a question about the process - the woman on the phone was extremely aggressive. In those 4 minutes the customer service was unnerving, even worse I've gotten used to rude attitudes here. I politely said I was not longer comfortable with the appointment and was promptly hung up on. What an awful representation of Upper Montclair!

Great safety protocol. Cuts came out lovely.

You get what you pay fornnThis is is not supposed to be a high-end salon, this is supposed to be a quick and cheap option. Usually you're gonna find that people who work here use this place as a stepping stone to develop their skill. Don't be surprised if you get mediocre haircuts. If you want the best haircut possible then you're gonna have to pay the money, if you want something cost friendly and don't mind if it's not the best then this place is for you.nn4 stars because they are following their intented business model that is clearly advertised.
