He came out on a weekend and he quickly fixed the issue but his price was steep for a a quick removal of a filter. It only took a few minutes, and he didn't seem to care about how the price would affect, a struggling disabled, elderly woman and her veteran daughter. However, he was the only one that came out on short notice, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, so he gets three stars for doing work quickly, but minus two stars for the pricey charge for the quick removal of filter.
Great service! Nice, professional, not trying to oversell, not charging for an estimate.nnI needed to replace a couple of boiler drains ASAP as the old ones leaked. Bob came quickly, gave a reasonable estimate, went out to get the parts, came back in 20 min, fixed the problem in 10 min, and that's it. I will certainly call him again with any plumbing need.
