Love this store the stuff they carry is so addicting to shop at. Decent sales

Shop here if you want to be treated like a criminal while you Christmas shop. Seriously HOW unpleasant. I made sure to walk around to the back just to make sure it wasn’t a coincidence, and sure enough I was followed. The cherry on top was at checkout when the girl got on her mic to confirm I was checking out.

Wonderful experience. This Ulta location has gain a loyal costumer because of the employee who helped me. After not having the best costumer service in the past with their general costumer service, and with not the best experience with the Ulta location in Ramsey; everything that was incorrect or not filled in was solved instantly. I believe her name was Kaitlynn, but I will definitely go back and hopefully see her, who has helped me to perfection. I really just loved her professionalism and help with no questions asked. It seems like this staff has a better understanding on great service and sincere care for their costumers. They’re on top of it, and prepared which blows the other location in the dust by far. Also, she let me know of their upcoming breast cancer awareness event and what it entailed. I know it’s part of the job to inform clients of things, but I would go just because of the great service and it’s an attractive new location. I look forward to shopping with Ulta. Thank you again Kaitlynn for your amazing service.
