My husband and I can’t recommend James and Katie Boyle enough! From their excellent local market knowledge and extreme attention to detail to their engaging personalities and determination to close a deal, the Boyle team is unmatched. Our professional photos, well written listing and open house prep, as well as their fast response to potential buyers’ agents, helped to facilitate such a quick sale (in the middle of winter nonetheless!) Moreover, we truly felt as if we were their only clients throughout the process as both were always available via phone, email and text ensuring all was going smoothly. While we had a very fast home sale, we were confident that James and Katie would get us over the finish line and as a result of their success in selling our home, have gained two loyal clients going forward. Don’t look anywhere else, the Boyles are your go-to realtors in OC!

Unresponsive. Voicemail full. Emails unanswered. We rented a condo for our vacation. Password for WiFi in the room did not work and no help was given. We did without it for the week. Ordered a linen package and no sheets or towels upon arrival. As it was after 5 when we arrived, there was no one to help. Had to go out and buy our own linens so we didn’t have to sleep on bare mattress. We would not rent from them again. :(

The ocean city rental office at Keller Williams provides zero service and does not return phone calls or emails. We had a miserable experience with getting an important component of our very expensive rental repaired - it never got repaired and no one from KW answered the phone or returned our calls until we were about to leave at the end of our one very expensive week. The house was also not entirely clean, and we had called about that and other issues with no response.

Poor communication. Nobody answers the phone. Voicemail is full. They don't return your calls or emails. I could not reach anyone when I had an emergent issue while renting. I would not rent from them again.

I get constant robocalls (5 in the last 24 hours) from one of their agents, Jeff Quintin and his team members. I believe they are illegal.
